You must log in to your account, then you must go to: Wallet / Deposits. For the specific coin or token you want to deposit, you must select Deposit and Generate if this is the first time you are depositing (example for BCD):
Select Generate Deposit Address and your own coin/token address will be generated with a QR Code.
Once the address is generated, you can send from your wallet to that newly generated address.
